The concept is easy to explain: 10 friends, colleagues or club mates each complete 1/10 of the IRONMAN distance together.
All “friends” go into the water, onto the bike course and into the run together.
After 360 meters in the pool, 18 km on the bike and 4.2 km on the run, the athletes can expect a relaxed day in the pool and excitement at the after-show party.

Larger companies enter two, three, four, five or more teams.
This sporting challenge is achievable for beginners after just a few weeks of training.
Sports cracks love this “SHORT DISTANCE”.
